Project summary:
I’m mainly interested in host-pathogen interactions at a molecular level. I was lucky enough to find a project where I can work on that. My main project is figuring out the role that the C4 ORF of Beet curly top virus (a Geminivirus) plays in infection.

Restaurants I really love and the food I recommend:
- The Grit. Favorite dish: golden bowl with veggies and cheese… yummy!
- El Guanaco. Favorite dish: pupusas with loroco and cheese.
Dancing is great fun at Tasty World, especially salsa/merengue on Saturdays.
The GymDawgs are awesome to watch, and definitely a MUST in the Spring semester.
