Fusarium Root Rot - Fusarium sp.

Bean, Snap & Pole - Phaseolus vulgaris

Disease Symptoms:
Discolored leaves, stem and root system. Rinse soil from sample. Scrape with scalpel and macerate with water. Look for mycelium and spores.

Disease Management:
Rotation, deep turning, preventing Rhizoctonia and Pythium will help prevent Fusarium root rot.
