Tiny yellow specks on upper foliage of bean leaves. The underside shows pustules erupting with brown spores.
Tiny yellow specks on upper foliage of bean leaves. The underside shows pustules erupting with brown spores. These spores can be wiped off and seen as a brown to yellow dust on white tissue.

Scrape pustules with moistened scalpel. Place in a droplet of water on the slide and observe the individual spores.
