Rust - Uromyces phaseoli
Bean, Snap & Pole - Phaseolus vulgaris

Tiny yellow specks on upper foliage of bean leaves. The underside shows pustules erupting with brown spores. These spores can be wiped off and seen as a brown to yellow dust on white tissue.
Scrape pustules with moistened scalpel. Place in a droplet of water on the slide and observe the individual spores.
